Abstract:
Provided is an electric pipette provided with an advance discharge function which makes the discharge volume accurate and reliable. This electric pipette comprises a cylinder (2) which communicates with a pipette chip (8), a piston (3) which moves up and down inside the cylinder, a ball screw (5) for moving the piston up and down, a rotational driving motor (6) which can rotate the ball screw forwards or backwards, a control means (20) that can control the rotational speed of the motor, and a user interface unit (18) which allows selecting a configured volume and a pipette operation mode. During suction operations, the configured volume and a correction volume are sucked in, and immediately after the suction operation, the correction volume is automatically discharged.
