Abstract:
Provided is an electric power connector, wherein internal electric terminals are exposed upon the start of charging, and the internal electric terminals are covered upon completion of charging, without any special operation by the user, which enables prevention of contacts with outside, or intrusion of water or dust. A feeding port (electric power connector) (1) is configured to be provided with: a start-up member (3) that is displaced by having a feeding nozzle (2) pressed thereto, when feeding terminals and receiving terminals are to be connected; a shutter member (4) that is linked to this start-up member, and is displaced between an opened position whereby the receiving terminals are exposed, and a closed position whereby the receiving terminals are covered; and a forcing means (5) for forcing this shutter member to the aforementioned closed position side.
