Abstract:
Provided is an electric power conversion device comprising an inverter constituted by a plurality of electrical parts, a smoothing capacitor that smooths electric power, a housing in which the inverter and smoothing capacitor are accommodated, and a first conductor portion that connects the smoothing capacitor and the inverter. The housing is formed of a resin material, and is constituted by a base portion on which the inverter and smoothing capacitor are placed, and a cover portion that is to be attached to the base portion so as to cover the inverter and smoothing capacitor. Partway along the way connecting the smoothing capacitor and the inverter, the first conductor portion approaches or comes into contact with the base portion of the housing.
