Abstract:
According to the present invention, a determining and switching unit determines whether a limit speed at which a speed detector or a pulse converting unit is capable of correctly acquiring an actual rotational speed has been exceeded, and compares a rotation command speed with the actual rotational speed to output correction switching information indicating whether to perform a rotation command speed correction operation. The control unit controls an output command speed of an electric power converting unit by performing deviation correction to correct a deviation between the actual rotational speed and the rotation command speed, on the basis of the correction switching information.
