Abstract:
Disclosed is an electric power interchange system in which electricity generated by individual electricity generation devices is interchanged between electricity consumers who receive an electric power supply from an electric power supply system. The amount of electric power sold by an electricity consumer is defined as a sold electric power amount, and the amount of electric power that the electricity consumer demands from another electricity consumer is defined as a bought electric power amount. Electric power interchange groups are formed, in which electricity consumers who interchange electric power amongst each other are members, and each electricity consumer is provided with an electric power control device which manages the electric power from the electricity generation device. Sold electric power information, indicating the amount of sold electric power, and bought electric power information, indicating the amount of bought electric power, are transmitted to/received from other electricity consumers by the electric power control device, which then carries out electric power trading between the electricity consumers on the basis of the sold electric power information and the bought electric power information. The electric power control device then outputs commands to transfer the sold electric power from the electricity consumer to the electric power supply system on the basis of electric power trade conditions established between the electricity consumer buying the electricity and the electricity consumer selling the electricity.
