Abstract:
An electric power management device (10) is provided with: a first acquiring unit (11) which acquires, at a first time point, first information related to the status of use of electric power by a consuming home to which a specific piece of equipment having an electric power generating function or an electric power storing function has been introduced; a second acquiring unit (12) which acquires, at a second time point later than the first time point, second information related to the status of use of electric power by the consuming home; an equipment information acquiring unit (13) which acquires equipment information of a candidate piece of equipment, which is a piece of equipment that is a candidate for being introduced into the consuming home, other than the specific piece of equipment, and is a piece of equipment having an electric power generating function or an electric power storing function; and an information output unit (14) which outputs presentation information including the equipment information of the candidate piece of equipment, in accordance with a variation in the status of use of electric power, acquired by comparing the acquired first information and the acquired second information.
