Abstract:

This electric power steering device has a motor and a control device. The motor has a cylindrical case, and the control device has a cylindrical housing. The case and the housing are connected to each other in such a state that an outer peripheral end portion of one end of the case and an outer peripheral end portion of one end of the housing are opposed to each other. A first seal material is disposed between the outer peripheral end portion of the case and the outer peripheral end portion of the housing. A connector is disposed between the outer peripheral end portion of the case and the outer peripheral end portion of the housing. A second seal material is disposed between at least a surface facing the housing among a plurality of surfaces forming the outer periphery of the connector and the housing. A part of the first seal material and a part of the second seal material make close contact with each other.
