Abstract:
Disclosed is a lock status determination device comprising a counter, a reset means, a reference time change means, a lock status determination means and a disabling means. The invalidation means executes at least one of a first disabling operation that disables the lock status determination means and a second disabling operation that disables the continuation of a count operation by the counter, when the lock status of a motor has been erroneously determined by the lock status determination means due to an operation input to manipulate the engine rotation speed.
