Abstract:
Provided is an electric-powered mechanically slidable expansion device for a headrest and a ratchet back mechanism capable of solving the technical problem of a poor user experience in the prior art resulting from an excessively simple structure of a headrest and backrest linkage device allowing only upward extension of the headrest. The electric-powered mechanically slidable expansion device for a headrest and a ratchet back mechanism comprises a left side plate (1), a right side plate (6) and a horizontal installation member (2). A middle portion of the left side plate (1) is fixedly connected to the left end of the horizontal installation member (2). A middle portion of the right side plate (6) is fixedly connected to the right end of the horizontal installation member (2). A headrest plate and a ratchet back plate (4) are disposed between the left side plate (1) and the right side plate (6), and the headrest plate is positioned above the ratchet back plate (4). The headrest plate is connected to a first expandable mechanism capable of expanding or collapsing the same. The ratchet back plate (4) is connected to a second expandable mechanism capable of expanding or collapsing the same. The first expandable mechanism comprises a left slide rail (17), a right slide rail (9), a left rotary member (19), a right rotary member (8) and an upper horizontal linkage member (13).
