Abstract:
Disclosed are an electric-powered slide rail transmission mechanism and a seat. The electric-powered slide rail transmission mechanism comprises a drive assembly (1) and two mutually parallel slide rail assemblies (2), wherein the slide rail assemblies respectively comprise an upper rail (21), a lower rail (22), a screw rod (23), a gearbox (24) and a gearbox bracket (25); the upper rail and the lower rail mutually slide and fit together and cooperate to form a holding chamber; the screw rod is located in the holding chamber, two ends of the screw rod are respectively fixed to the lower rail via a first screw rod bracket (26) and a second screw rod bracket (27); the gearbox is fixed to the upper rail via the gearbox bracket, the drive assembly is in a drive connection with the screw rod via the gearbox, a gearbox bracket mounting hole (211) is formed on a first top face of the upper rail, the top of the gearbox bracket extends out from the gearbox bracket mounting hole, and the gearbox bracket is welded and fixed to the gearbox bracket mounting hole. The electric-powered slide rail transmission mechanism and the seat have the advantages of light weight, a simple structure, a high qualifying product rate, low cost, a large space for slide rail layout, high flexibility, high locking strength, small gaps between components and low noise.
