Abstract:
An electric pressure cooker as well as an inner pot (2) and an outer pot (1) thereof. The electric pressure cooker comprises the inner pot (2), the outer pot (1) provided with a first pot teeth (10), and a pot cover (3) provided with a second pot teeth (310) buckled with the first pot teeth (10) mutually. The outside wall of the inner pot (2) is provided with a handle (20) convenient for taking the inner pot (2), thereby avoiding scalding accidents. A notch (11) for dodging the handle (20) is formed in the side wall of the outer pot (1), so that the handle (20) is located in the notch (11) when the inner pot (2) is placed into the outer pot (1), accordingly convenient to place the inner pot (2) into the outer pot (1). The upper end surface of the handle (20) is lower than the lower end surface of the pot cover (3), and a gap (b) is formed therebetween. A gap (a) is formed between the handle (20) and the end surfaces of free ends of the second pot teeth (310) so as to ensure the arranged handle (20) not to affect rotary buckling of the second pot teeth (310) and the first pot teeth (10), thereby closing the cover smoothly. A height difference (c) between the lower end surface of the handle (20) and the bottom surface of the notch (11) ensures the inner pot (2) to float during cooking.
