Disclosed is an electric pressure cooker (1), comprising: an outer pot (100), the outer pot (100) being provided with support ribs (110); support members (200), the support members (200) being arranged inside the outer pot (100); an inner pot (300), the inner pot (300) being arranged inside the outer pot (100) and supported on the rigid support members (200), and an outer bottom surface of the inner pot (300) being spaced apart from an inner bottom surface of the outer pot (100); and an electromagnetic heating device (400) for heating the inner pot (300), the electromagnetic heating device (400) being arranged between the outer bottom surface of the inner pot (300) and the inner bottom surface of the outer pot (100).
