Abstract:
Electric pruning shears comprise a shear part having a fixed blade and a movable
blade rotationally movable relative to the fixed blade; a trigger capable of
a pulling operation; a power unit including a motor, a ball screw rotated by the
motor, and a nut member screwed with the ball screw; and a cable member for connecting
the movable blade to the nut member. The motor rotates the ball screw when the
trigger is pulled and the nut member is moved by rotation of the ball screw. The
movable blade is rotated through the cable member by movement of the nut member.
