Abstract:
An electric quantity inquiring device and method for inquiring the electric quantity of a battery pole of an electronic cigarette which can be used for many times. The electric quantity inquiring device comprises a standby battery (100), a current sampling unit (500), a voltage sampling unit (400), a charging control unit (300), a master control unit (200) and an electric quantity display unit (600). The master control unit (200) is used to cause the master control unit (200) to adjust and output a voltage provided by the standby battery (100) according to a charging current acquired by the current sampling unit (500) to make the charging current equals to a preset current, and then calculate the electric quantity of the battery according to a charging voltage acquired by the voltage sampling unit (400) at this time, and finally control the electric quantity display unit (600) to display the electric quantity. According to the present invention, the electric quantity of the battery pole can be displayed only by inserting or screwing the battery pole into the inquiring device for a short time to cause the battery pole to be charge with a preset current, so users can conveniently inquire the electric quantity of the battery pole.
