Abstract:
An electric reciprocating saw, comprising a C-shaped frame (1), a motor (4), a power transmission belt (10), and a pulley (11). The motor (4) rotates a belt pulley (5) by means of a power wheel (21) and a belt (9). An outer edge of a side surface of the belt pulley (5) is hinged to an end of a connection rod (6). Another end of the connection rod (6) is hinged to a reciprocating block (8). The reciprocating block (8) is fixed to the power transmission belt (10) and can move along a guide post (7). Both ends of the power transmission belt (10) are fixed to saw blade sliders (13). The saw blade sliders (13) are connected to two ends of a saw blade (16) by means of saw blade holders (15) respectively. The saw blade slider (13) can slide on a saw blade guide post (14). The power transmission belt (10), the saw blade sliders (13), the saw blade holders (15), and the saw blade (16) form a connected closed loop that can move as a whole. The reciprocating saw has a simple structure, employs various cutting and grinding methods, and has a long stroke.
