Abstract:
The present invention relates to an electric resistance spot welder having a double composite electrode tip, and the electric resistance spot welder having a double composite electrode tip, according to the present invention, comprises spot welding rods having a first metal plate and a second metal plate, which overlap, positioned therebetween and having an electrode formed at one end making contact with the metal plates, and performs spot welding, wherein the spot welding rod includes: a first rod-shaped spot welding support rod for receiving power supplied from a first power supply part; a second rod-shaped spot welding support rod for receiving power supplied from a second power supply part, and accommodating, therein, the first spot welding support rod so as to be spaced therefrom; a first electrode tip coupled to an end of the first spot welding support rod; and a second electrode tip coupled to an end of the second spot welding support rod and accommodating the first electrode therein.
