Abstract:
At least either an induction heating unit or rice cooking unit in this electric rice cooker comprises a weight measuring unit that measures weight and a notification unit for making notifications. A main control device or a control device comprises a weight measurement mode. The weight measurement mode comprises a zero point adjustment step. In the zero point adjustment step, the weight measuring unit measures the weight and, if the measured weight is less than a preset first reference value, the notification unit notifies that an inner pot is not housed inside a main body. If the measured weight is at least the first reference value, zero point adjustment is performed.
