Abstract:
The present invention relates to an electric roaster equipped with a dual air purification and circulation system, wherein a suction fan comprises a first suction fan and a second suction fan located on both sides of a lower space of a roaster body with an oil tray interposed therebetween, the oil tray being located in a lower portion of an oil drain nozzle of a roasting plate. The first suction fan suctions air including oil vapor, smoke, heat, and odor generated in an upper portion of the roasting plate through the oil drain nozzle and supplies same to the upper portion of the roasting plate again through a first discharge hole of a heat dissipating plate so as to form a first air circulation flow, and the second suction fan suctions air including oil vapor, smoke, heat, and odor generated in the upper portion of the roasting plate through the oil drain nozzle and supplies same to the upper portion of the roasting plate again through a second discharge hole of the heat dissipating plate so as to form a second air circulation flow, wherein the air including oil vapor, smoke, heat, and odor, which is discharged from the oil drain nozzle by the suction force of the first suction fan and the second suction fan, comes into contact with water stored in the oil tray positioned in a lower portion of the oil drain nozzle to be purified, and then flows into the first suction fan and the second suction fan.
