Abstract:
An electric scooter having an integrally die-cast vertical drawing and inserting battery box. The electric scooter comprises a battery holder (2) and a head pipe (1), and further comprises a bottom plate (3) and a rear fork (4); the battery holder (2) is positioned above a front end of the bottom plate (3); the rear fork (4) is located below a rear end of the bottom plate (3); the head pipe (1), the battery holder (2), the bottom plate (3), and the rear fork (4) are formed by an integral die-casting process; and a battery (7) is placed inside the battery holder from an upper end opening of the battery holder (2). The head pipe, the battery holder, the bottom plate, and the rear fork of the scooter are integrated to be a whole at one time by means of a die-casting process, a lot of machining time is saved, mass and rapid production is facilitated, production costs are reduced, the machining consistency of the whole scooter is improved, and parts are convenient to mount. The bottom plate battery holder is changed into a vertical electric socket, so that the battery box can be rapidly mounted and taken out, the use is convenient, the bottom plate height is reduced, and the safety is improved.
