Abstract:
An electric serving ultra-high-pressure system and an operation principle thereof, comprising an oil pump motor set, an oil tank, a pressurizer (15), an oil cooling apparatus, and a water filtering and pressurizing apparatus, all disposed on a frame (1). The oil pump motor set comprises a pressure transducer (3) and a servo drive disposed inside of an electrical enclosure (7), the pressure transducer (3) being disposed at the oil outlet of the oil pump (2) for real-time monitoring of the oil pressure of the system; the servo drive is connected to the pressure transducer (3) by means of an electrical cable and sends instructions to control the rotational speed of the servomotor (6) on the basis of the signal measured by the pressure transducer (3). The present system uses a servomotor (6) to drive an oil pump (2), thereby reducing the pressure fluctuation generated when the pressurizer (15) changes direction, further stabilizing the output pressure of the high-pressure water, and enhancing workpiece cutting quality and speed.
