Abstract:
This electric shaver has outer blades (21), inner blades (40), an inner-blade joint component (50), and skin-entry prevention parts (60). The outer blades (21) have outer-blade holes (21A). The inner blades (40) have main inner-blade walls (41), multiple blade pieces (42), inner-blade holes (43), and internal inner-blade spaces (44). The inner blades (40) move back and forth relative to the outer blades (21) so as to cut hair that has entered through the outer-blade holes (21A). The main inner-blade walls (41) are connected to the inner-blade joint component (50). The internal inner-blade spaces (44) are bounded by the main inner-blade walls (41) and the multiple blade pieces (42). The skin-entry prevention parts (60) are located inside the internal inner-blade spaces (44), at positions that correspond to the inner-blade holes (43), and are structured so as to contact skin that has entered the internal inner-blade spaces (44) via the inter-blade holes (43).
