Disclosed are an electric shock-prevention element and an electronic device provided with same, the electric shock-prevention element comprising: a laminate body in which a plurality of insulating sheets are laminated; and an ESD protection part disposed on at least a part of the insulating sheets to prevent ESD voltage, wherein the ESD protection part comprises at least one ESD protection layer containing porous insulating material.
