Abstract:
An electric spindle, comprising a machine body assembly (1) and a spindle core assembly, wherein the machine body assembly (1) is provided with an axial inner hole; a front bearing seat (2) comprises an embedded section (20) embedded into the axial inner hole; a front end cap (3) is arranged at a front end of the front bearing seat (2); the front bearing seat (2) is provided with a first cooling water channel; a rear bearing assembly is provided with a second cooling water channel (51); and a third cooling water channel (14) is arranged in the machine body assembly (1). The first cooling water channel comprises: a plurality of first waist-shaped water channels (21) arranged on an outer side surface of the embedded section (20) and distributed at intervals in a circumferential direction of the embedded section, wherein the first waist-shaped water channels (21) match and are fitted with the axial inner hole; a plurality of second waist-shaped water channels (24) arranged at a front end surface of the front bearing seat (2) and distributed to be staggered with the first waist-shaped water channels (21) in the circumferential direction, wherein the second waist-shaped water channels (24) match and are fitted with the front end cap (3); and a plurality of axial water channels (23) connected among the first waist-shaped water channels (21) and the second waist-shaped water channels (24) distributed in a staggered manner, wherein the first waist-shaped water channels (21), the axial water channels (23) and the second waist-shaped water channels (24) form the first cooling water channel surrounding a front bearing (7). The first cooling water channel is in communication with the second cooling water channel (51), and the third cooling water channel (14) is in communication with the second cooling water channel (51). The first cooling water channel is arranged such that the heat dissipation area of the front bearing is increased and a cooling effect is significant; and in addition, the structure is simple and molding is convenient. Further disclosed is a machine tool comprising the electric spindle.
