Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of improving the convenience in use of an electric tool. An electric tool (1) is provided with: a motor (15); an operation unit (29) that accepts an operation from a user; a control unit (4) that controls, using vector control, rotation operation of the motor (15) in accordance with the operation on the operation unit (29); an output shaft (21) that is connected to a tip tool for rotating a fastening member; and a transmission mechanism (18) that transmits a rotational force of the motor (15) to the output shaft (21). The control unit (4) has a loosening detection function. According to the loosening detection function, the control unit (4), when the fastening member fastened onto a target object is loosened with the tip tool, detects loosening of the fastening member on the basis of at least one of a torque current and an excitation current supplied to the motor (15). Once loosening of the fastening member is detected, the control unit (4) reduces the speed of the motor (15) or stops the motor (15).
