Abstract:
Provided is an electric tool control method for tightening a nut by providing intermittent pulse torque after the nut is seated, wherein an electric motor is used as a means for providing the pulse torque, and the method comprises the steps of: setting a plurality of pulse torques in consideration of a final target torque; supplying, to the electric motor, pulse currents corresponding to the pulse torque so as to sequentially provide the pulse torque; detecting a measured torque applied to the nut by using a torque sensor; and calculating an error by comparing the detected measured torque and the set pulse torque, wherein, in the supplying step, initial values of the respective pulse currents correspond to final values of immediately previously supplied pulse currents, and the final values can change through the reflection of the error.
