Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an electric tool for which control is enabled that, compared to conventional tools, easily avoids operation of an overload protection function. A controller detects a current (I) that flows to a motor and determines whether the current (I) exceeds I1 (S2). If the current (I) exceeds I1 (Yes in S2), a duty ratio adjustment mode begins. When the current (I) exceeds Imax (Yes in S4), protection is prioritized over the duty ratio adjustment and the flow of electricity to the motor is halted (S5). If the current (I) does not exceed Imax (No in S4), the duty ratio is lowered (S7). When the current (I) becomes less than I2 (Yes in S8), the duty ratio is raised (S10).
