Abstract:
An electric toothbrush (100), comprising a brush head (10) which is provided with at least one infrared sensor; the infrared sensor comprises a sensor body and a transmitter and a receiver which are provided on the sensor body, the sensor body being accommodated in the brush head (10); the brush head (10) is provided with two through holes, and the transmitter and the receiver are exposed to the outside of the brush head (10) via the two through holes, respectively; the electric toothbrush (100) further comprises a control chip, to which the infrared sensor is electrically connected. When the brush head (10) of the electric toothbrush (100) leaves the oral cavity, it automatically stops operating.
