Abstract:
[Problem] To present an electric vacuum cleaner device that can produce a driving power to open and close an air passage connecting a primary dust container and a secondary dust container, without impairing the convenience of an electric vacuum cleaner. [Solution] This electric vacuum cleaner comprises a primary dust container that has a container body, said container body delineating a dust collection chamber that accumulates dust drawn into the electric vacuum cleaner and having a disposal port that discharges the dust accumulated in the dust collection chamber, said primary dust container also having a disposal lid that opens and closes the disposal port. A station (2) comprises a secondary dust container (48) that accumulates the dust discharged from the primary dust container, and a driving source (149) that produces an opening driving power and a closing driving power for the disposal lid.
