Abstract:
An electric valve, comprising a screw rod and a valve plug assembly, wherein the valve plug assembly comprises a valve plug, a nut member, an elastic member and a valve plug sleeve; the valve plug is provided with a mounting cavity, the elastic member and part of the nut member are located in the mounting cavity, the valve plug sleeve is fixedly connected to the valve plug, and the screw rod is in threaded connection with the nut member; in an axial direction of the valve plug assembly, the nut member is located between the valve plug sleeve and the elastic member, and the elastic member abuts against the nut member and the valve plug and is in a compressed state; and the valve plug sleeve comprises an upper stop point, the valve plug comprises a lower stop point, the upper stop point and the lower stop point limit the axial movement of the nut member, the axial height from the upper stop point to the lower stop point is H, and the axial height of the nut member is h, where H is greater than h. In this way, after the electric valve is affected by a high temperature when being closed, under the action of the elastic member, a threaded pair gap between the screw rod and the nut member can be compensated for by the elastic member, so that the valve plug is forced to abut against a valve port, which is beneficial for improving the sealing performance of the electric valve.
