Abstract:
In order to reduce the time required to change an electric vehicle battery, a battery changing system for electric vehicles (1) comprises an electric vehicle (2), a first battery device (3A), a second battery device (3B) and a battery changing stand (4). The electric vehicle (2) comprises a battery mounting section (15), provided with two openings that face one another in the forward/backward direction of the vehicle body. The first battery device (3A) is mounted in the battery mounting section (15). The battery changing stand (4) comprises an insertion side support member and an ejection side support member. The insertion side support member supports the second battery device (3B). The ejection side support member supports the first battery device (3A), which is ejected from the battery mounting section (15) by the second battery device (3B), when the electric vehicle (2) is moved towards the second battery device (3B).
