Abstract:
An electric vehicle brake handle having a protection function, comprising a handle body (1), a fixed seat (2), and a steel cable (3); the handle body (1) is hinged to the fixed seat (2) and is connected to the steel cable (3); a connecting seat (4) is provided in the interior of the fixed seat (2), the connecting seat (4) is U-shaped and has an opening on a bottom surface thereof; a connecting rod (5) is provided between the connecting seat (4) and the handle body (1), one end of the connecting rod (5) passes through the opening and is hinged to the connecting base (4), and the other end thereof is hinged to the handle body (1); an end portion of the connecting seat (4) is vertically bent outward to form a baffle structure, and a connecting hole (4a) is provided in the center of the baffle structure; the steel cable (3) passes through the connecting hole (4a) and is fixed at the rear; and a cover plate (7) is hinged to a top portion of the fixed seat (2) by means of a pin (6). In the brake handle, improving conventional direct connection methods of steel cables into a hinged method and fitting an opening and closing type cover plate allows the brake handle to have the advantages of more stable braking, better protection performance, and convenient subsequent maintenance.
