An electric vehicle charging device installed on an electric pole according to an embodiment of the present invention can comprise: a body provided on an electric pole, for supplying power to an electric vehicle; a charger electrically connected to the electric vehicle; a charging cable for electrically connecting the body and the charger; a reel around which the charging cable is wound by rotation; and a retractor for controlling the rotation or fixing of the reel.
