Abstract:
An electric vehicle disc brake handle having a hydraulic compensation function, which belongs to the technical field of brakes. The electric vehicle disc brake handle having a hydraulic compensation function comprises: a handle body (1) and a mounting and fixing portion (2), wherein the top of the mounting and fixing portion (2) is provided with an oil chamber (4), which is integrated with the mounting and fixing portion (2); the top of the oil chamber (4) is sealed by means of a cover plate (5); the mounting and fixing portion (2) is integrally provided with a penetrating-type channel (6); the oil chamber (4) communicates with the channel (6) via an oil hole (4a); a plunger (7) and a reset spring (8) are provided in the channel (6) in a penetrating manner; one end of the reset spring (8) abuts against an end portion of the plunger (7), and the other end thereof abuts against a step structure inside the channel (6); the handle body (1) is provided with a protruding portion (1a); one end of the plunger (7) is located outside the mounting and fixing portion (2) and abuts against the protruding portion (1a); and an end portion of the channel (6) is connected to an oil pipe connector (9) in a threaded manner, and the oil pipe connector (9) is internally provided with a flow channel (10), which communicates with the channel (6). The electric vehicle disc brake handle has the advantage of convenient oil compensation, such that hydraulic oil in a pump can be maintained at the optimal oil level for a long time, which solves the problem whereby existing brake pumps are prone to decrease in braking force.
