Abstract:
This electric vehicle driving system (200) is provided with: a reactor (11); and electric vehicle control devices (100–103) which control electric motors (80–83) that drive an electric vehicle (150). Each of the electric vehicle control devices (100–103) is provided with: a capacitor (50) which forms a filter circuit together with the reactor (11); an inverter circuit (60) which supplies power to the electric motors (80-83); and a control unit (30) which controls the inverter circuit (60). The inverter circuit (60) is accommodated in housings (254, 256) together with the capacitor (50) and the control unit (30). The reactor (11) and each of the housings (254, 256) are formed so as to be connectable through wires (20) having an arbitrary length. The length of at least one among wires (20) for connecting the reactor (11) and the housings (254, 256) is equal to or longer than 2 m.
