An electric-vehicle wireless charging positioning system and a positioning method therefor. The system comprises: a ground-end module and a vehicle-end module, wherein the ground-end module comprises a ground-end controller and a ground-end detection coil (W1), the ground-end detection coil (W1) senses the position of a vehicle-end transmitting coil (W2) in the vehicle-end module; and the ground-end controller calculates position information of an electric vehicle and sends the position information to the vehicle-end module. Therefore, rapid positioning is realized, coordinate information and offset-angle information are provided, and a vehicle can correct vehicle coordinates and an offset angle according to the information, such that a ground-end module and a vehicle-end module are aligned to the maximum extent, and optimal wireless charging efficiency is achieved; moreover, switching between a plurality of position detection coils and a plurality of frequency magnetic induction signals is used, such that angle information of the electric vehicle is detected, and the detection range is also expanded; and in any time period, a ground-end detection coil (W1) only uses two frequencies to operate in a time-sharing manner, such that port resources responsible for frequency driving at a ground end can be saved on, thereby reducing the cost of a processor.
