Abstract:
This electric vehicle is provided with: an electric motor (42) that generates traveling motive power for driving a vehicle wheel; a battery case (20) that, in a battery space therewithin, houses a battery (40) that stores DC power for supplying to the electric motor; an inverter (47) that converts the DC power from the battery to AC power and supplies the power to the electric motor; and power lines that connect the inverter to the electric motor. The power lines (80, 98, 99) traverse the interior space of the battery case.
