Abstract:

Disclosed is an electric wheel assembly (100) with an integrated hub motor, the electric wheel assembly comprising a tire (1), a rim (3), a hub (16), a planetary gear reducer (4), an inner rotor motor (5), a brake system (6), and a knuckle assembly (7). The inner rotor motor is internally arranged on the rim, a rotor (34) thereof is hollow and is externally sheathed onto a motor rotor sleeve (36), one end of the motor rotor sleeve is mounted with a sun gear (15) to transmit power to the planetary gear reducer, and the other end thereof is mounted with a brake disk (21) of the brake system. The planetary gear reducer takes the form of a cluster gear, thus realizing a high reduction ratio arrangement within a limited space. The planetary gear reducer also comprises a planet carrier that is integrated with the hub and that acts as a power output end connected to the hub. The hub and a knuckle sleeve (17) pass through the hollow motor rotor sleeve (36) with a hub bearing (24) being provided therebetween, thus realizing a large load with a small weight. The inner rotor motor and the planetary gear reducer can use an integrated direct oil cooling technology.
