Abstract:
It is possible to monitor the state either of each on/off mechanical contact or each on/off semiconductor element of each contactor of a drive circuit which supplies driving power to a three-phase alternating current electric motor and a brake of an electric winch elevator device via a contactor for the electric motor or a contactor for the brake, and detect an inverse phase of a three-phase alternating current prior to switching the contactor on. Detection circuits (6a - 6e) are disposed which output pulse signals which are synchronized with the alternating current of a three-phase alternating current power supply circuit (1), said detection circuits (6a - 6e) being connected in parallel to either each on/off mechanical contact or each on/off semiconductor element of a contactor (2) for a three-phase alternating current electric motor, or a contactor (4) for a brake (5), of a drive circuit which supplies driving power respectively from the alternating current power supply circuit to the electric motor and the brake via the contactor (2) for the electric motor and/or the contactor (4) for the brake. A signal processing circuit (7) is disposed which processes the pulse signals from the detection circuits and detects either a normal operation or a malfunction of either each on/off mechanical contact or each on/off semiconductor element of the contactor for the electric motor and/or the contactor for the brake.
