Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a multi-pulley unit (4) that includes a plurality of fixed-side multi-pulleys (5) and a plurality of movable-side multi-pulleys (6) which are supported so as to be movable relative to the fixed-side multi-pulleys, with an electric wire (51) from an electric wire feeding part (2) being wound around the multi-pulley unit; and an intermediate pulley unit (10) that includes at least one fixed-side intermediate pulley (11) and at least one movable-side intermediate pulley (12) which is supported so as to be movable relative to the fixed-side intermediate pulley (11), with the electric wire (51) that is fed from the multi-pulley unit (4) being wound around the intermediate pulley unit and the electric wire (51) being fed to an electric wire processing device (60). A load applied to the electric wire (51) is adjusted by using an air cylinder (14) to bias the movable-side intermediate pulley (12) in a direction away from the fixed-side intermediate pulley (11).
