Abstract:
The end of a binding band is inserted into the though hole of a clip held by a clip
holding part (20) and further moved toward one branch side arm part (13A) along
guide grooves (16a, 16b). The end of the projected binding band is inserted into
the lock part of the base end part of the clip and tightened and secured to a generally
T-shaped branch part (A). In the same manner, another binding band is inserted
sequentially into the insert hole of the clip toward the other branch side arm
part (13B) and tightened. Consequently, these binding bands are tightened and
secured to a main line at the generally T-shaped branch part (A) in a generally
V-shape form toward the clip, and the clip is secured to the side part of the main
line.
