An electric-wire holder having a relatively simple structure and easily maintained. The electric-wire holder has a holding body portion (12) having a base portion (14) and a pair of wire holding portions (18) openably/closably supported on the base portion (14), and also having an elastic urging member (20) fitted on the holding body portion (12) from the base portion (14) side so as to be in contact with the outer faces of the pair of wire holding portions (18) and urging the pair of wire holding pieces (18) in the closing direction.
