Abstract:
Provided is a newly structured electric wire housing protector capable of achieving an increase in electric wire housing capacity by compacting a lock mechanism, an improvement in assembly workability, and an improvement in confirmation of the normal engagement of the lock mechanism.
A fitting projection 34 projecting toward a lid body 16 is provided near an elastic projected piece insertion hole 24 on an upper surface 22 of a side wall 20 of a protector main body 12. The lid body 16 has a fitting projection housing hole 50 provided therethrough at a position corresponding to the fitting projection 34 in a plan view.
