Abstract:
This electric work machine (1) comprises: a plurality of battery packs (31, 32); work devices (20, 10) that are driven by the power discharged from the battery packs (31, 32); battery monitoring devices (31b, 32b) that monitor the state of the battery packs (31, 32); and a control device (7) that controls the charging and discharging of the battery packs (31, 32). In a discharging mode for driving the work devices (20, 10), the control device (7) sets, on the basis of the monitoring result of the battery packs (31, 32) by the battery monitoring devices (31b, 32b), any of the battery packs (31, 32) as a discharging battery pack for supplying power to the work devices (20, 10), and in a charging mode, the control device (7) sets, on the basis of the monitoring result of the battery packs (31, 32) by the battery monitoring devices (31b, 32b), any of the battery packs (31, 32) as a charging battery pack to be charged.
