Abstract:
An electric wrench comprises a housing (1), an output shaft (2), a drive mechanism, a circuit board, and a socket (3). The circuit board and the drive mechanism are installed within the housing. An input end of the output shaft is placed within the housing and transmissionally connected to the drive mechanism, and an output end of the output shaft is placed outside of the housing. The socket is coaxially disposed at the output end of the output shaft, and the output shaft is provided with a coaxial through hole (2a). A detection assembly is installed within the housing, and used to detect an insertion depth of a front end of a bolt from a bolt (7) and a nut (6) set inside the socket, and a detection end of the detection assembly is directly opposite to the through hole of the output shaft. The detection assembly and the drive mechanism are electrically connected to the circuit board. When the depth of the bolt in the socket decreases to a preset value, the circuit board controls the drive mechanism to automatically power down, thereby ensuring that the nut is kept on the bolt after the power has been turned off, thus eliminating a manual operation in a nut loosening process, and achieving high operation efficiency.
