Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of the rapid detection of molecules, and in particular relates to an electrical acceleration-based method for rapidly detecting fluorescence and chemiluminescence, comprising the following steps carried out in sequence: S1 sample acceleration: applying an excitation signal to a chip to which target molecules are added drop by drop to obtain a chip to which the target molecules are bound, the chip comprising an electrode sheet to which coated molecules are fixed; S2 secondary antibody acceleration: adding drop-by-drop, to the chip to which the target molecules are bound, a secondary antibody used for binding the target molecules, and then applying the excitation signal to the chip to obtain a chip to which the secondary antibody is bound. According to the present solution, a fluorescence and chemiluminescence detection rate can be effectively improved, the detection flow can be accelerated, and requirements for bedside rapid detection can be met.
