Abstract:
A mode setting unit (101) sets a crime-prevention mode. A generation unit (102) generates a control pattern that includes control details for each of one or more electrical apparatuses that are provided to a power consuming system and that keeps an estimated value for the power consumption of the power consuming system at or below a prescribed threshold value. When the crime-prevention mode has been set by the mode setting unit (101), a control unit (103) controls each of the one or more electrical apparatuses on the basis of the control pattern generated by the generation unit (102).
