Abstract:
Disclosed is an electrical box with stabilized terminal position accuracy. The electrical box comprises a housing, an electronic device (2), an upper layer of fixing piece (3), a PCB board (4), a lower layer of fixing piece (5) and a connector (6). The upper layer of fixing piece (3) is provided with a first inserting hole. Pin terminals of the electronic device (2) pass through the first inserting hole and then are connected to the PCB board (4). A connector mounting slot (51) for fixing the connector (6) is arranged on the lower layer of fixing piece (5). A second inserting hole (52) and a guide rod member (53) are arranged in the connector mounting slot (51). A position accuracy stabilizer (7) is sheathed on the guide rod member (53). The position accuracy stabilizer (7) is provided with a third inserting hole (71) opposite the second inserting hole (52). Pin terminals of the connector (6) pass through the third inserting hole (71) and the second inserting hole (52) in sequence and then are fixed in the connector mounting slot (51) with the position accuracy stabilizer (7) along the guide rod member (53). The pin terminals of the connector (6) are connected to the PCB board (4) after passing through the first inserting hole. Compared with the prior art, the electrical box with stabilized terminal position accuracy can ensure that the position accuracy of the terminals inside the electrical box is unchanged, and has the advantages of high mounting precision, simple structure, convenient operation and low production cost.
