Provided is an electrical component housing structure whereby electrical components can be arranged in a concentrated manner and the number of work hours for wire harness wiring can be reduced. The electrical component housing structure has: an electrical component holding member (30) having an electrical component housing box (32) housing electrical components (24, 25, 26) for an automatic two-wheeled vehicle (1); and a front-side wire harness (FH) connected to the electrical components (24, 25, 26) and extending from the electrical component housing box (32). The electrical component housing structure comprises, on the vehicle body front side of the electrical component housing box (32), a wire harness guide (36) for holding the front-side wire harness (FH) extending from the electrical component housing box (32), holding same along a down frame (10) of a vehicle body frame (9) of the automatic two-wheeled vehicle (1). The wire harness guide (36) has a frame guide (31) that covers the down frame (10) from the vehicle body rear side and is fixed to the down frame (10). The electrical component housing box (32) and the frame guide (31) are configured so as to be mutually displaceable by a curved section (38).
