Provided is an electrical component which has a sealed container having a metal layer and a lead conductor extending from the inside to the outside of the sealed container, the sealed container having been thermally fused to the lead conductor at the sealing part, wherein the sealing part at least partly has a layer comprising a polyallylamine as a part which is located between the metal layer and the lead conductor and is in contact with the lead conductor. Due to this configuration, the sealing part can have enhanced adhesiveness and enhanced sealing properties in the initial state and in the state of being in contact with the electrolyte. Also provided are: a nonaqueous-electrolyte cell; and a lead wire and a sealable container both for use in the electrical component and the nonaqueous-electrolyte cell.
