Abstract:
An electrical connection device (10) and a test machine (100) used for connecting to a workpiece to be tested (200). The workpiece to be tested (200) comprises a first connection surface (210) and a test area (220) formed on the first connection surface (210). The test area (220) comprises a plurality of pads (222). The electrical connection device (10) comprises a flexible circuit board (12) provided opposite to the workpiece to be tested (200). The flexible circuit board (12) includes a second connection surface (122) opposite to the first connection surface (210) and a plurality of arcuate elastic electrodes (124) protruding from the second connection surface (122) towards the first connection surface (210). The arcuate elastic electrodes (124) are used for being pressed against the test area (220) when the electrical connection device (10) and the workpiece to be tested (200) are crimped together. The plurality of arcuate elastic electrodes (124) are connected in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of pads (222).
